The Fetid Sprinkler is the only unique item with Confuse on striking. When combined with Zeal's rapid hit rate, these curses trigger frequently, disrupting enemy formations and reducing physical resistance. The +160 Poison Damage Over 4 Seconds adds consistent damage against non-immune enemies.
