Wearable at level 14, this armor offers multiple small bonuses rather than specializing in any single attribute, making it a versatile choice for various builds.

The Centurion delivers a well-rounded stat spread: +50 to Attack Rating, +15 to Life, +15 to Mana, and Replenish Life +5. The +15 to Maximum Stamina and 25% Slower Stamina Drain address early-game stamina concerns, particularly useful before players acquire stamina potions or Faster Run/Walk gear. The Damage Reduced by 2 provides minor physical damage mitigation.

Practical Usage

This armor suits hybrid characters and melee builds during levels 14-25 who haven't committed to a specific gear direction. The attack rating bonus helps with accuracy issues in Normal difficulty, while the life and mana boosts provide modest survivability. However, The Centurion lacks standout features that would keep it equipped longer. Most players replace it with Stealth runeword, which offers superior speed and resistance, or find better unique drops by late Act 2-3. While upgradeable to Demonhide Armor and Scarab Husk, the investment rarely pays off for such a basic item.
