In Hell difficulty, where monsters impose a 25% resistance penalty, reaching the critical 75% resistance cap becomes essential for survival. The variable resistance roll means shopping for a high-rolled version (25 resistances) makes a tangible difference compared to lower rolls.

The +12 to All Attributes bonus provides flexibility by boosting Strength for equipment requirements, Dexterity for attack rating, Vitality for health, and Energy for mana reserves. This all-around boost helps characters meet itemization demands without heavy stat point investments. The 10% chance to cast Level 2 Iron Maiden when struck is largely negligible—it provides minimal benefit and shouldn't factor into your decision to wear this amulet.

When to Use Saracen's Chance
