Pierre Tombale Couant
Partizan

With +2 to Necromancer Skills and 55% Deadly Strike, it attempts to support melee Necromancer builds that barely exist.
The Melee Necromancer Dream
Necromancers are fundamentally designed as casters who summon minions and curse enemies from range. Building a melee Necromancer means giving up the class's core strengths. While Pierre Tombale Couant provides the tools for this playstyle - skills, Deadly Strike, 30% FHR, and mana leech - it can't overcome the fundamental inefficiency of the concept.
Why It Fails
By level 43, Necromancers using proper summoner or poison builds vastly outperform melee variants. The White runeword in a wand provides +3 skills and +3 to specific bone or poison skills for a fraction of the investment. The Requirements -50% makes Pierre easier to equip, but that doesn't make it worth equipping.
This weapon exists as a curiosity for experimental builds. Unless you're deliberately creating a meme melee Necromancer, skip this entirely.
