Lycander's Flank provides +2 to Amazon Skill Levels, +2 to Javelin and Spear Skills, and +150-200% Enhanced Damage, making it a significant power boost for Fend or Jab Amazons. The weapon includes 30% Increased Attack Speed, 5-9% Life Stolen per Hit, and valuable stat bonuses: +20 to Strength, +20 to Vitality, and +20% Enhanced Defense. These stats create a self-sufficient package that helps Amazons survive and deal consistent damage through Nightmare and into Hell difficulty.

Physical Spear Builds

This Ceremonial Pike excels for Amazon builds focused on Fend or Jab as their primary damage skills.
