Gull is one of the most iconic low-level unique items in Diablo 2 Resurrected, sought after for its exceptional 100% Better Chance of Getting Magic Items. This humble dagger has earned legendary status as the go-to magic find weapon for early game treasure hunters.

Magic Find Champion

Despite requiring only level 4 to equip, Gull provides the highest single-item magic find boost available on any weapon. Casters and summoners switch to Gull on their secondary weapon slot when landing killing blows on bosses, maximizing drop quality without sacrificing combat effectiveness. Its -5 to Mana penalty is unique in the game but rarely matters for weapon-swap purposes.

Acquisition & Uses

Gambling at level 11 provides the best odds of obtaining Gull, with each dagger costing around 1,600 gold. Rakanishu and Coldcrow in Normal difficulty also have decent drop rates. The dagger serves players well through Normal and Nightmare difficulties, though it's eventually replaced by Blade of Ali Baba for those seeking higher magic find values. Barbarians running Find Item builds sometimes dual-wield Gull for maximum magic find efficiency.
