Brainhew's standout feature is 10-13% Mana Stolen Per Hit, which provides excellent mana recovery for physical attackers who rely on skills. It offers +50-80% Enhanced Damage, +14 to Minimum Damage, Adds 15-35 Fire Damage, and +25 to Mana. The fire damage adds a modest elemental component to attacks, though it becomes negligible in later difficulties.

Mismatched Bonuses

While the mana leech is useful for casters who melee (Paladins using Zeal or Barbarians using skills), the overall damage output is underwhelming for a level 25 two-handed weapon.
