Bladebone is a unique Double Axe designed specifically for fighting undead enemies, available at level 15 in Diablo 2 Resurrected.

Bladebone shines in undead-heavy areas with +100% Damage to Undead and +40 to Attack Rating Against Undead, making it highly effective in Act 1 against Skeletons and Zombies, and particularly valuable throughout Act 2 where undead are abundant. The weapon also features +30-50% Enhanced Damage, 20% Increased Attack Speed, Adds 8-12 Fire Damage, and +20 Defense for additional utility.

Limited Scope

While Bladebone excels against undead, its effectiveness drops significantly against other enemy types, making it a situational weapon at best. The fire damage bonus is minimal and the defense boost is negligible for most builds. By the time you reach Act 3 or Nightmare difficulty, you'll want a more versatile weapon that performs consistently against all enemy types rather than specializing in one category.
