Andariel's Visage provides +2 to All Skills, 20% Increased Attack Speed, and 8-10% Life Leech—a trifecta that makes it invaluable for physical damage dealers. The +25-30 to Strength helps meet gear requirements while adding damage. Defensively, it grants +100-150% Enhanced Defense, +70% Poison Resistance, and +10% to Maximum Poison Resist, maxing poison resistance at 85%. However, the -30% Fire Resistance penalty requires careful management.

Mercenary Dominance

Andariel's Visage is widely considered the best Act 2 mercenary helmet in the game, particularly in ethereal form. Ethereal versions with perfect stats rank among the most expensive mercenary items, often fetching multiple high runes. The helm drops from Hell difficulty Act bosses, with Hell Mephisto being the first reliable farming location.
